Sakae naa (Combretum quadrangulare) is a relatively unknown herb made from the leaves of the tree with the same name. Locals from Thailand and Myanmar use the leaves of the tree as a substitute for kratom, as the effects are remarkably similar.

Usage

Drink up to half a bottle (5 ml) per dosage.
